Webmaster's comments:      Thank you for visiting Tramp-art.com

We are interested in the history of tramp art and related folk art crafts. This interest has led us to contribute to, and participate in,  several museum exhibits serving as guest curators.  We contribute to books and articles about folk art and would enjoy hearing about your project.

We are interested in purchasing artifacts that help us interpret  the folk crafts found on this website. Vintage photographs, postcards and old newspaper or magazine articles (pre 1950) about such folk crafts and their makers are of special interest.  From time to time we do sell items from this collection.

We invite contemporary crafters of items covered within this website to tell-us about your work.  Folk art is understood as a continuum and contemporaries are keeping these folk crafts alive.  We host web pages for several  living crafters and we are happy to discuss this service.

We invite like minded - educators, antiques businesses, crafters and craft suppliers to become sponsors of  Tramp-art.com.  Contact us for details.

All of the artifacts and images within this website exist and are preserved as the Tramp-art.com Collection and this serves as a catalogue of our holdings and is protected by copyright.   Within our ephemera collection, our vintage postcards and photographs, copyright issues can become vague.  Contact us if we have mistakenly infringed on a copyright.

We welcome your feed back - your suggestions and comments - contact us!
